Returns
All goods that are defective in materials or workmanship, will be replaced. Goods will not be accepted for return, unless prior arrangements and authorisations are obtained. Credits will not be considered unless claims are made within seven (7) days.
Order change/cancellation
No change or cancellation of logo orders will be considered after production has begun. Set-up fees and costs will be passed on should cancellation of order occur after production.
Order fulfilment
2% overrun or underrun considered fulfilment on all orders. Ownership of goods supplied shall not pass to the purchaser until such time as those goods and all other outstanding payments are settled.
Minimum orders
Custom-made headwear - 300 pieces minimum
Custom-made bags - 200 pieces minimum
Pre-production samples - 2-3 weeks after receipt of artwork
Delivery methods
Air-freight - 3-4 weeks after sample confirmation
Local courier - 5-10 days after sample confirmation (subject to size of order)
Goods may be collected in person from the Ipswich office
